As a part of the *100 Days Campaign organised under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, DHO Jammu, Dr. Sofia Jan conducted awareness activities on the theme “Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Life” at DBN Amarvilla.*
Dr. Sofia Jan highlighted the harmful effects of drugs and encouraged students to lead a healthy and drug-free life.
Students enthusiastically participated in *Poster Making and Pledge Taking* activities. Five students were appreciated for their best presentation on the topic given.

The programme was informative and inspiring, promoting the message of a healthier and addiction-free nation.
